ReCharge was born from the lived experiences of four women who know what it means to lead, to serve, and to burn out.

Emma Fox, Alexandra Griffin, Megan Chiarello, and Rachel Strauss came together with a shared belief: powerful women need powerful spaces to pause, process, and pour back into themselves.

Each of us comes from a different corner of business and leadership, but we share a calling to create community, elevate women, and spark change from the inside out. We’ve walked through breakdowns and breakthroughs, built companies and movements, and learned (sometimes the hard way) that real leadership starts with restoration.

We don’t host ReCharge as experts. We host as women who get it.

This is our offering to the women who give so much to the world, and finally deserve something sacred for themselves.
